ETBU invites prospective students to the Hill for upcoming Preview Days

East Texas Baptist University will host two upcoming fall Preview Days on October 14, 2019 and November 9, 2019.  Prospective students interested in attending ETBU can visit campus and receive a comprehensive overview of life at ETBU through admission and financial aid sessions, academic showcases, campus tours, student life panels, and a chapel worship service.

ETBU Bass Fishing Claims 2019 Yeti FLW Southern Conference School of the Year

When the four duos for the East Texas Baptist University Bass Fishing Team launched their boats last weekend at the last Yeti FLW College Series Southern Conference Tournament on the Arkansas River, they all had one goal in mind. That goal was to win the Southern Conference Team of the Year and at the conclusion of the weigh-in at the North River Landing, they did just that!

ETBU joins together in prayer during annual See You at the Pole

East Texas Baptist University students, faculty, and staff gathered in the Quad in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 25, for the annual See You at the Pole event, a global day of prayer. The tradition started in 1990 at a high school in Burleson, Texas, and has since grown to see upwards of three million students in the United States and over 20 countries assemble to pray at their school’s flagpole.
